Deming Logging Show Weekend

The Deming Logging Show weekend starts the second full weekend of June (this year it will be June 14 & 15) at 11:00 a.m. with the exhibits, and the show starts at 1:00p.m. The cost to get into the show is six US dollars per adult, three US dollars per seniors & children (6-12), and children under 6 are free. There is a lot to do and see before the show starts (trucks, equipment, Black Smith Exhibit, etc.), so come early and have lots of time to do everything. When you arrive, there is a large section of free parking (on the ground), for your conventions. Dogs are not allowed on the grounds so please leave them at home. While you’re here, make sure to stop by the two souvenir shacks stocked full of T-Shirts, hats, suspenders, pins, mugs, etc.

If you get hungry, there is the Ladies AuxilBBQ Food - Fishiary in the Museum, serving hot coffee and donuts in the morning. Later in the day the Ladies serve taco salads, and  strawberry  shortcake, as  well as other munchies and drinks. Located on the other side of the arena is the Bar-B-Q, which the Deming Logging Show is famous for. They start serving early afternoon to late evening. Here you can get Salmon, Beef, and Chicken, which is served with side dishes like baked potatoes, coleslaw, beans, garlic bread , and a drink.

Lonny Lonny SchroederSchroeder is the Deming Logging Shows main announcer, with the help of Bob Larsen. Lonny and Bob will be announcing the events as well as other information and facts. For the last 33 years, Lonny has been with the Deming Logging Show as the announcer.
